On 19th October 2026, the provisional results for Day 13 of the nationwide Voter Lists Revision and Voter Registration 2026 are as follows:
- 10,929 voters were newly registered.
- 5,520 voters had their registration transferred to polling stations in a new commune/Sangkat.
- 36,572 voters requested for adjustment of their biographical data.
- 37,545 voters had their biometric data updated.
- 8,270 names were identified for removal from the voter lists.
The cumulative results of Voter Lists Revision and Voter Registration for 13-day period are as follows:
- 206,890 voters have been newly registered.
- 64,451 voters have had their registration transferred to polling stations in a new commune/Sangkat.
- 352,019 voters have requested for adjustment of their biographical data.
- 384,034 voters have had their biometric data updated.
- 120,978 names have been identified for removal from the voter lists.
All citizens who have already registered to vote, but whose personal data such as name, sex, date of birth are recorded incorrectly, or who have newly obtained a valid Khmer Identity Card, those who registered to vote in 2016 and 2017 and have not been updated their biometric data (photo and fingerprints) in the voter lists, those who have reached the age of 18 or above by the date of the Election of Commune/Sangkat Councils for the 6th Mandate, 2027, born on or before 7th June 2009, or those who have relocated their residence or lodging into new commune/Sangkat, are invited to request for adjustment, update, or register to vote at Commune/Sangkat halls or in certain villages within the commune/Sangkat according to the mobile rotation of the voter registration team.
The voter lists revision and voter registration in communes/Sangkat nationwide shall be conducted from 7th October to 30th November 2026, every day (including Saturday and Sunday), in the morning from 7:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and in the afternoon from 2:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. During this period, the Commune/Sangkat Councils shall close voter registration offices to hold meetings to review work implementation with the voter registration team 4 (four) times, on 11th, 29th October and 9th, 25th November 2026.
The official voter lists 2025 are disclosed at Commune/Sangkat halls and are uploaded on the website at voterlist.nec.gov.kh and NEC KH (Mobile App).
